摘  要:目的探讨案例结合Seminar教学法在外科见习课堂教学中的应用。方法随机抽取50名学生,分为对照组和实验组,每组25名学生。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用Seminar结合案例教学法。见习结束后采用临床技能考核和问卷调查表作为评价指标进行教学效果评估。结果实验组学生的临床技能考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查显示88%学生对Seminar-案例教学法满意,认为采用这种教学方式有助于将课堂上学到的理论知识与临床实践结合起来,提高了学习兴趣。结论案例结合Seminar教学法突破了传统教学模式。Objective To study the application of method of case combined with Seminar teaching in surgical probation teaching. Methods 50 trainee students were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 25 students in each group. Control group was used about traditional teaching method, experimental group was used about the Seminar combined with case teaching method. After the trainee, clinical skills examination and questionnaire was as evaluation index to evaluate the teaching effect. Results Clinical skills examination result of experimental group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that 88% students satisfied on the Seminar combined with case teaching model. The way of teaching helps to classroom to combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, improve the learning interest. Conclusion Case combined with Seminar teaching breaks through the traditional teaching mode.
