摘  要:目前我国高校职业生涯规划教育正处于快速发展阶段,传统的讲授式教学模式已经难以满足学生的多样化需求,而形式多样的体验式教学模式已经成为大学生职业生涯规划教育改革的突破口。探索大学生职业生涯规划课教学新模式,尝试在课堂中运用课堂活动法、案例分析法、小组讨论法、情景模拟法和团体辅导法,能够为推进高校职业生涯规划课教学模式的改革提供新思路。College career planning education in China is now in a stage of rapid development and the traditional lecture- style teaching model has been difficult to meet the diversified needs of students, and various forms of experiential teaching models have become the breakthrough to career planning education reform. In order to promote the reform of college career planning course, new teaching mode are explored, and different teaching methods are tried in the classroom, such as classroom activities method, case analysis, group discussion, scenario simulation and group counseling etc
