摘　　要：阐述了SF_6气体分解产物校验仪的特点、校验方法,并成功应用于入网检测中,也可应用于日常校验及扩展应用。该校验技术进一步提升了带电检测工作,为及时发现SF_6电气设备潜伏性故障及故障气室准确定位提供保障。This paper gives a detailed introduction to the characteristics of the SF_6 gas decomposition product calibrator and the detection method,that is used in the acceptance test of equipment access to the electric power grid and also used in ordinary calibration work and the other works. the introduced calibration technology can improve the detection works on the charged system and equipment,ensuring discovering in time the potential faults of the electric equipment and accurate location of the faults.
