护理干预对宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下多发肌瘤活检后双极等离子选择性切除术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下多发肌瘤活检后双极等离子选择性切除术患者的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月收治入院的宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下多发肌瘤活检后双极等离子选择性切除术患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组60例行常规护理,观察组60例在基础护理之上配合综合护理,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症等。结果两组患者手术均顺利,观察组患者手术时间、出血量、月经改善情况、术后排气时间及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后瘤蒂残端出血、手术效果满意度相接近(P>0.05);两组患者术后病理诊断均为子宫黏膜下多发肌瘤,临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫黏膜下多发肌瘤活检后双极等离子选择性切除术患者配合综合手术护理,有助于缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with bipolar plasma selective resection after biopsy of multiple myoma of uterus under hysteroscopy. Methods Selected 120 cases of patients with bipolar plasma selective resection of cases of patients with bipolar plasma selective resection after biopsy from January 2013 to December 2015,randomly divided into two groups,In the control group,60 cases were treated with routine care,in the observation group,60 cases were treated with the basic nursing care; the operation time,the amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation of the two groups were successful, the operation time, bleeding volume,menstrual improvement,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Postoperative bleeding stump tumor pedicle,surgical results satisfaction was close（ P 0. 05）; postoperative pathological diagnosis of patients had multiple fibroids uterine mucosa,its clinical efficacy difference was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Combined surgical nursing care in patients with bipolar plasma selective resection after biopsy of uterine submucosal multiple myoma,can shorten the operation time and length of hospital stay,and reduce the amount of bleeding during operation.
