摘　　要：现代高等教育的质量保证体系对于培养符合现代经济和社会的毕业生起着至关重要的作用。文章提供唐山—爱尔兰合作项目的案例,阐述关于如何开发和实施现代高等教育的质量保证体系的实践和思考。This paper presents the authors＇ experiences and observations on how to develop and implement a modern advance quality assurance system, which is vital for a higher education institution to produce graduates who meet the requirements of the modern economy and society. An on-going Sine-Irish collaboration is also presented and discussed.
