摘  要:目的:探讨玉米须提取物对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病足模型血糖、血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠150只,适应性饲养1周,随机将150只小鼠分成5组,30只/组,分别为空白组、模型对照组、玉米须提取液高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。空白组喂以标准饲料,除空白组外其余组喂以高脂高糖饮食至实验结束。11周后除空白组外均造模,造模前禁食12 h,自由饮水,按每天40mg/kg剂量,将STZ用浓度为0.1 mmol/L柠檬酸缓冲液(p H4.2)溶解,给小鼠做腹腔注射1次/d,连续5天。除空白组和模型对照组外,其余3组玉米须提取物按照400、200、100 mg/kg,配成浓度为20、10、5g/L,灌胃体积均为0.2 m L/10 g灌胃给药。给药第30天,给药后1 h,禁食12 h,小鼠尾部取血,观察小鼠用药前后的血糖、血脂及血液流变学的指标变化。结果:给药后玉米须提取物高、中、低剂量组与模型对照组相比较均具有降低糖尿病足小鼠模型血糖的作用P<0.01,且呈现剂量依赖性,组间有差异P<0.05,高剂量组要明显优于低剂量组的降糖效果;给药后高、中、低剂量组与模型对照组相比较均具有改善血脂、血液流变学的作用P<0.05,且呈现剂量依赖性,组间有差异P<0.05,高剂量组要明显优于低剂量组改善血脂、血液流变学的作用。结论:玉米须提取物能够有效改善小鼠糖尿病足模型血糖、血脂、血液流变学的作用,且改善的效果随着剂量浓度的增高而增加。Objective : To investigate the effect corn of extract on blood glucose, blood lipid and hemorheology in diabetic foot models induced by STZ. Methods: 150 Kunming mice with 1 week adaptive feeding were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 30 mice in each group. They were blank control group, model control group, corn silk extract high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group. The blank group was fed with standard diet, and other groups were fed with high fat and high sugar diet until the end of the experiment. After 11 weeks except the blank group they were modeled and before modeling they were fasting for 12 hours, free drinking water, according to the dose of 40 mg/kg daily, STZ concentration of 0.1 mmol/L citric acid buffer solution ( pH 4.2 ) dissolved, to do intraperitoneal injection once daily for 5 days. Except the blank group and model control group,in other 3 groups the corn was in accordance with the extract of 400,200,100 mg/kg, with a concentration of 20,10,5 g/L,and the volume of the stomach perfusion was 0.2 mL/10 g. Administration on the 30th day, after 1 hour of giving the drug, fasting 12 hours, the tail of mice was taken blood. Observe the blood glucose, blood lipids and blood rheology index changes before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, in the high, medium and low dose groups there was a lower blood glucose level of diabetic foot mice models compared with that in the model control group( P 〈 0.01 )and there was a dose -dependent tendency, with groups having differences(P 〈 0.05 ). High dose group was significantly better than low dose group according to the hypoglycemic effect ; after administration, in high, medium and low dose groups there was an improvement of blood lipid and hemorheology ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a dose dependent trend, and different groups had differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). High dose group was significantly better than'the low dose group according to the improvemennt of blood lipid and hemorheology. Conclusion: Corn extr
