摘　　要：酒作为药食同源之品,用途广泛。张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中多处涉及,在妇人三篇中的应用尤为集中。笔者通过对仲景在妇人病中的用酒经验进行研究,认为其对临床妇科病证的治疗有着重要的指导意义。Rice wine, as a homology of medicine and food, is used widely. It is applied in many prescriptions in the book of ＂Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases＂ written by Zhang Zhongjing, especiallyin the three chapters about gyneoopathy. The author argues that it has important guiding significanceto the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases through the research on the applications of rice wine about gyneoopathy from Zhang Zhongjing.
