急诊新生儿抗菌药物应用的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨妇幼保健院急诊新生儿抗菌药物应用的临床现状,并提出相关的控制措施,为新生儿临床合理用药提供指导依据。方法选择2013年8月-2015年7月于妇幼保健院急诊接受治疗1 130例新生儿为研究对象,回顾性分析并统计其抗菌药物的用药及不良反应发生率,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果1 130例急诊新生儿667例使用了抗菌药物,使用率为59.0%,其中使用率最高的药物为头孢克洛,其次为头孢曲松、阿莫西林等;667例使用抗菌药物的新生儿中共有74例发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为11.1%,急诊科存在较多不合理应用抗菌药物的情况,需引起注意。结论对于妇幼保健院新生儿急诊科抗菌药物的用药需加强行政干预,提高临床控制,杜绝抗菌药物的滥用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical status of application of anti-infective medication in newborns in emergency department of maternal and child hospital,and make relevant control measures to provide some guidance for rational drug use.METHODS A total of 1130 cases of neonatal patients received treatment in emergency department of maternal and child hospital from Aug.2013 to Jul.2015 were selected.The anti-infective drug use and the incidence of adverse reactions were retrospectively analyzed.The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0.RESULTS Totally 667 cases of neonatal patients in 1130 cases of emergency patients used the anti-infective drugs,with the usage rate of 59.0%.The highest usage rate among the drugs was cefaclor,followed by ceftriaxone and amoxicillin.A total of 74 cases occurred adverse events in 667 cases using anti-infective drugs,with the adverse reactions rate of 11.1%.This study found that there were many unreasonable applications of anti-infective drugs in emergency department,and it should be paid more attention.CONCLUSIONIt needs to strengthen the administrative intervention of anti-infective drugs in emergency department of maternal and child hospital,improve clinical control,and prevent the abuse of anti-infective drugs.
