浅谈女性冠心病认识中的辩证思维

摘　　要：美国心脏学会新发布的一项关于女性急性心肌梗死的科学声明指出,心血管疾病是女性的首要死因,女性冠心病症状不典型,在危险因素、机制、诊断等方面与男性均存在明显的差异,由于我们对女性冠心病的特点认识不足,临床上常常出现诊断及治疗的不足,而哲学原理作为一种辩证思维,可以指导我们对女性冠心病特点的理解和把握,从而更好地指导临床决策。According to a scientific statement about acute myocardial infarction in women from the American Heart Association.Cardiovascular disease（CVD）is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity in women and is characterized by atypical symptoms,different risk factors,mechanisms and diagnose compared with men.CVD remains understudied in women which causes underdiagnosed,and undertreated.To understand the characteristics of women＇s coronary heart disease under the direction of philosophy of Marxism,we would lead to correct clinical decision effectively and safely.
