血清前白蛋白和异柠檬酸脱氢酶联合检测对早期肝损害的意义

摘　　要：目的研究血清前白蛋白(PA)和异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICDH)联合检测对早期肝损害的意义。方法分别检测200例急性乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者PA、ICDH、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)水平,分析结果。结果 PA低于参考值161例,ICDH高于参考值132例,ALT高于参考值83例,ALB低于参考值11例。结论急性乙肝时PA降低比ALB出现更早,ICDH升高比ALT出现更早。所以,PA和ICDH对早期肝损害诊断比ALT和ALB敏感。Objective To research significance by combined detection of prealbumin（PA） and isocitrate dehydrogenase（ICDH） for early liver damage. Methods Detection of PA, ICDH, alanine transaminase（ALT）, albumin（ALB） levels was made in 200 patients with acute hepatitis B, and their outcomes were analyzed. Results There were 161 cases with lower PA level than reference value, 132 cases with higher ICDH, 83 cases with higher ALT and 11 cases with lower ALB. Conclusion Decreased PA is shown earlier than ALB in acute hepatitis B, as well as earlier increased ICDH than ALT. Therefore, PA and ICDH are more sensitive than ALT and ALB in diagnosis of early liver damage.
