摘 要:本试验采用双培养平板法和刘振宇等(2005)的方法研究嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、口乳杆菌对玉蜀黍赤霉菌生长、孢子萌发抑制效果的影响。结果表明,三种不同的乳酸菌对玉蜀黍赤霉菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发具有较强的抑制作用,对玉蜀黍赤霉菌菌丝生长的抑制率分别达到了30%,43%,65%;对玉蜀黍赤霉菌孢子萌发的抑制率随着菌株培养时间的延长而逐渐升高。结果提示,三种乳酸菌对于玉蜀黍赤霉菌菌丝的生长、孢子萌发都有一定程度抑制作用,其中口乳杆菌的抑制效果最好。The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus,Lactobacillus rhamnosus,Lactobacillus oris on inhibiting the mycelia growth,spore germination of Gibberella zeae.Double culture plate and the method of Liu Zhenyu was used in this test.The results showed that three different kinds of lactic acid bacteria had strong antagonistic activity on the mycelia growth and spore germination.The inhibition percentage of three different kinds of lactic acid bacteria against the mycelia growth of Gibberella zeae reached by 30%,43%,65%,respectively. Inhibition percentage against the spore germination of Gibberella zeae gradually increased with the culture tmie prolonged.The results indicated that three different kinds of lactic acid bacteria had a certain degree of inhibition to the growth of Gibberella zeae,spore germination,the inhibition effect of Lactobacillus oris was the best.
