摘 要:目的探讨ICU护士社会智能、工作疏离感现状及两者的相关性。方法应用ThromsΦ社会智能量表、护士工作疏离感问卷对温州市4所综合医院的ICU护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士的社会智能、工作疏离感得分分别为(96.54±10.78)、(30.66±9.58)分,均处于中等水平;不同职称、工作年限、月收入的ICU护士工作疏离感得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会智能各维度与工作疏离感及无意义感、无奈感、无助感3个维度均呈负相关。结论 ICU护士的社会智能越高,其工作疏离感越低。Objective To explore the current status of and the relationship between social intelligence and job alienation among ICU nurses. Methods ICU nurses in 4 comprehensive hospitals in Wenzhou City were investigated with Throms Φ Social Intelligence Scale and Nurses' Work Alienation Questionnaire. Results The scores of Throms Φ Social Intelligence Scale and Nurses' Work Alienation Questionnaire among ICU nurses were(96.54±10.78) and(30.66±9.58), which were considered as medium; the differences of ICU nurses' work alienation scores in different subgroups in terms of professional title, work experience and monthly income were statistically significant(P0.05); social intelligence was negatively correlated with three dimensions of work alienation: meaninglessness, powerlessness and helplessness. Conclusion The higher the social intelligence of ICU nurses is, the lower the sense of work alienation is.
