ICU护士社会智能与工作疏离感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU护士社会智能、工作疏离感现状及两者的相关性。方法应用ThromsΦ社会智能量表、护士工作疏离感问卷对温州市4所综合医院的ICU护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士的社会智能、工作疏离感得分分别为(96.54±10.78)、(30.66±9.58)分,均处于中等水平;不同职称、工作年限、月收入的ICU护士工作疏离感得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会智能各维度与工作疏离感及无意义感、无奈感、无助感3个维度均呈负相关。结论 ICU护士的社会智能越高,其工作疏离感越低。Objective To explore the current status of and the relationship between social intelligence and job alienation among ICU nurses. Methods ICU nurses in 4 comprehensive hospitals in Wenzhou City were investigated with Throms Φ Social Intelligence Scale and Nurses＇ Work Alienation Questionnaire. Results The scores of Throms Φ Social Intelligence Scale and Nurses＇ Work Alienation Questionnaire among ICU nurses were（96.54±10.78） and（30.66±9.58）, which were considered as medium; the differences of ICU nurses＇ work alienation scores in different subgroups in terms of professional title, work experience and monthly income were statistically significant（P0.05）; social intelligence was negatively correlated with three dimensions of work alienation： meaninglessness, powerlessness and helplessness. Conclusion The higher the social intelligence of ICU nurses is, the lower the sense of work alienation is.
