急性脑梗死患者rt-PA溶栓对纤维蛋白原的影响

摘　　要：目的观察急性脑梗死患者行重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)溶栓治疗对纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年8月期间我科收取的178例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照溶栓与否分为研究组和对照组,两组各89例。对照组予以阿司匹林治疗,研究组予以rt-PA溶栓并视情况应用阿司匹林,两组疗程相同。比较两组患者的Fg水平。结果两组患者Fg水平在治疗后均有一定变化,但两组患者Fg水平相比,仍有显著差异(P<0.01);溶栓治疗有效与无效病例在治疗后2周不同时段中的Fg水平相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 rt-PA溶栓在降低急性脑梗死患者Fg水平方面的作用优于阿司匹林。Objective To observe the effect of thrombolytic therapy by Recombinant tissue plasminogen activator（rt-PA） on fibrinogen（Fg） level for patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 178 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group,and 89 cases in each of the two groups.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the study group was treated with rt-PA and aspirin.Fg levels were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of Fg in the two groups were changed after treatment,but there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.01）.2 weeks after treatment the Fg levels of patients those who obtained different efficacy has significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusions When it comes to decrease Fg level for patients with acute cerebral infarction,rt-PA thrombolysis is better than aspirin.
