扶正消瘤汤联合吉西他滨与顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察扶正消瘤汤联合吉西他滨与顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法随机选取自2013年5月至2015年5月在我院肿瘤科住院的非小细胞肺癌患者78例,按就诊的先后顺序,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组予以扶正消瘤汤联合吉西他滨与顺铂治疗,对照组予以吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗,治疗2个周期后,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量改善状况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个周期后,实验组的治疗总有效率(53.85%)及临床获益率(87.18%)均大于对照组(总有效率30.77%,临床获益率61.54%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;实验组各种不良反应的发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05,具有可比性;实验组的生活质量改善率明显大于对照组,两组患者的生活质量改善率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正消瘤汤联合吉西他滨与顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,可明显改善患者的生活质量,减少不良反应的发生,患者耐受性良好,可在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor soup combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin therapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods78 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and hospitalized in oncology department of our hospital during May 2013 and May 2015 were selected,according to the order of go to the doctor they were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,Patients in the experimental group received strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor soup combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin for therapy.However,patients in the control group received gemcitabine combined cisplatin for treatment.After two cycles of treatment,observed and compared the curative effect,life quality improvement situation and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Results after 2 cycle of treatment,total effective rate（53.85%） and clinical benefit rate（87.18%）of the experimental group were higher than the control group（30.77% 30.77%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidences of the adverse reactions of experimental group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The improvement of experimental group＇s quality of life was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor soup combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin has exact efficacy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,which can obviously improve the patient ＇s quality of life,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,patients were well tolerated and can be used widely in clinic.
