CT双期扫描对节段性自身免疫性胰腺炎与胰腺癌及胰内分泌肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨CT双期扫描强化模式对节段性自身免疫性胰腺炎（AIP）、胰腺癌及胰内分泌肿瘤（PECT）的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2012年12月-2015年12月我院收治的14例节段性自身免疫性胰腺炎患者、43例胰腺癌患者及22例胰内分泌肿瘤患者的CT双期扫描资料，对比研究CT双期扫描强化模式对三种疾病的诊断价值。结果：节段性自身免疫性胰腺炎、胰腺癌及胰内分泌肿瘤三组患者影像密度均匀度、形态、平扫密度、门脉期密度、动脉期密度差异明显，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：AIP、胰腺癌、PECT患者的CT双期扫描结果差异明显，该检查方法可为三种疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供重要参考依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT dual phase scan enhanced model for segmental autoimmune pancreatitis （AIP）, pancreatic cancer and pancreatic endocrine tumors （PECT）. Methods A retrospective analysis data from Dec. 2012 to Dec, 2015, in our hospital, 14 cases of segmental autoimmune pancreatitis patients, 43 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer and 22 cases of patients with pancreatic endocrine tumors CT dual phase scan data, comparative study of CT dual phase scanning enhancement pattern of three kind of disease＇s diagnosis value. RJesults Segments of its immune pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer and pancreatic endocrine tumors three groups patients image density uniformiW, shape, fiat scan density, portal phase density, the arterial phase density difference significantly, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion AIP and PECT in patients with pancreatic cancer, the CT dual phase scan results significantly different, the examination methods This paper providedan important reference for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the three diseases.
