多种益生菌联合芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗老年人便秘型肠易激综合征疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多种益生菌联合芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗老年人便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例老年便秘型肠易激综合征患者,随机分为对照组A组、对照B组和治疗组,各20例。对照A组给予口服枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊及双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,对照B组给予芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗,治疗组给予枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊、双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊及芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗。比较三组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果对照A组、对照B组及治疗组治疗2周时总有效率分别为20%、25%、50%;治疗4周时分别为30%、55%、95%;停药2周时分别为25%、35%、95%。治疗组总有效率于治疗2周、治疗4周及停药2周时均明显高于对照A组及对照B组(P<0.05)。三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊、双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合芦荟珍珠胶囊治疗老年人便秘型肠易激综合征疗效确切,复发率低,不良反应发生率低。Objective To investigate clinical effect by multiple probiotics combined with aloe pearl capsule in the treatment of senile constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A total of 60 senile constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients were randomly divided into control group A, control group B and treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. Control group A received oral administration of bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium enteric capsule combined with bifidobacterium triple living bacterium capsule, control group B received aloe pearl capsule for treatment, and treatment group received bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium enteric capsule, bifidobacterium triple living bacterium capsule and aloe pearl capsule for treatment. Clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared in the three groups. Results In 2 weeks of treatment, control group A, control group B and treatment group had effective rates respectively as 20%, 25% and 50%, which were 30%, 55% and 95% in 4 weeks of treatment and 25%, 35% and 95% in 2 weeks after drug withdrawal. The treatment group had obviously higher effective rates in 2 and 4 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks after drug withdrawal than control group A and control group B （P〈0.05）. There wa~ no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions across the three groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of bacillus subtilis duplex living bacterium enteric capsule, bifidobacterium triple living bacterium capsule and aloe pearl capsule provides precise effect in treating senile constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, along with low recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions.
