无缝隙护理模式在急诊科护理中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析无缝隙护理模式在急诊科护理中的应用效果。方法 88例急诊科患者,随机分为分析组及参照组,各44例。分析组患者使用无缝隙护理模式,参照组则使用常规护理模式,比较两组患者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分情况。结果两组干预后SAS及SDS评分均优于干预前,且干预后分析组SAS及SDS评分为(30.21±3.54)、(31.05±2.14)分优于参照组的(42.44±2.34)、(38.21±2.30)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科患者实用无缝隙护理,可提升患者的生存质量,促使患者心理状态实现进一步改善。Objective To research application effect by non-break nursing mode in emergency department nursing. Methods A total of 88 patients in emergency department were randomly divided into analysis group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The analysis group received non-break nursing mode, and the control group received conventional nursing mode. Comparison was made on self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） scores after intervention between the two groups. Results Both groups had better SAS and SDS scores after intervention than those before intervention, while the analysis group had better SAS and SDS scores as （30.21±3.54） and （31.05±2.14） points than （42.44±2.34） and （38.21±2.30） points of the control group after intervention. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of non-break nursing mode in emergency department patients can improve quality of life and accelerate further improvement of their mental state.
