摘  要:文章从读者角度,应用扎根理论方法对L大学生读者团队研究发现,高校阅读推广活动发展存在组织协作、团队学习和读者成长3个维度,构建"组织-团队-读者"阅读推广活动发展理论模型,提出图书馆建立加强各种资源信息合作共享的支撑机制,图书馆员深度参与建立读者学习共同体的互动机制,图书馆和读者共同开展阅读推广活动实现读者成长的唤起机制,三者的有机统一有助于实现高校阅读推广活动持续发展的目标。With the application of a grounded theory on university library's reader team, it is found in a reader perspective that the development of u- niversity reading promotion activities exists three dimensions which are organization cooperation, team learning and reader growth. A theoretical frame work of "organization-team-reader" reading promotion activities development is constructed. The library should strengthen the support mechanism for the cooperation and sharing of various resources and information. The library staff should participate in the establishment of the interactive mecha- nism of the learning community. Both library and readers should carry out reading promotion activities to achieve the arousal mechanism of reader growth. Establishing an organic united mechanism of organization's support, team's interaction and reader's arousal will help to achieve the goal of sus- tainable development of reading promotion activities.
