摘　　要：在回顾国外学者相关研究的基础上,对开放式服务创新联盟的内涵、特征、结构等进行界定和理论架构,提出一个开放式服务创新联盟"环状"概念模型,对模型中不同圈层的关键要素进行解释和剖析。并指出目前开放式服务创新联盟研究的不足之处和未来研究主题。Based on a retrospect of the related study of foreign scholars, this essay firstly defines and establishes a theoreti- cal framework of various aspects on the open service innovation alliance such as the connotation, characteristic, structure and etc. After that, it puts forward a ring - fracture conceptual model of the open service innovation alliance. And then, it explains and analyses the key points on different layers of the model. Finally, it points out the disadvantages of the study on the open service innovation alliance and the future study subjects.
