摘　　要：专利地图为企业指明技术发展方向,总结并分析技术分布态势,有助于企业进行知识产权与技术创新管理。本文分析了9家重点机器人企业的专利地图,绘制了历年申请数量图、公司法律状态分布图、IPC分类图等,并以新松机器人自动化股份有限公司为重点进行阐述,分析了我国机器人领域的创新趋势,研究表明我国机器人行业企业的专利申请量呈现波浪式增长,发展潜力巨大,机器人企业的专利授权率较高,我国机器人行业企业占总体机器人行业的申请量较小,科研院所的专利占较大比例,科研技术没有较好转化为生产力。The patent map demonstrates the development direction of enterprises, and it also summarizes the distribution of technology, which is helpful to the enterprise intellectual property management and technological innovation management. This paper analyzes the nine key robot companies in our country. And it draws the patent number of applications over the years, IPC classification chart and so on. Then it analyzes the innovation trend of robot companies in China and gives some suggestions to the service robot company. The study shows the patent of our national robot enterprises rises in waves. The robot enterprises have immense potential for development. They own the higher patent authorization ratio. However, robot industry enterprises in China account for a small amount for the whole robot industry. The research institutes account for a large proportion of patents, but scientific research and technology haven＇ t been effectively transformed into productivity.
