高校性骚扰:特征、现状、成因与应对机制——以女研究生为重点的实证分析

摘　　要：长期潜在蔓延却"隐"而不发的高校性骚扰独具特色,危害深远,是为一类特殊的性骚扰,其中女研究生又是遭受性骚扰的重灾区。文章尝试提炼归纳高校性骚扰典型特征,并以129名女研究生为调查对象,揭露现状的冰山一角。高校性骚扰的空间主要始于女生性生理成熟与性骚扰认知滞后的反差、师生关系伦理与师生关系现实之间的反差,以及高校反性骚扰机制缺失与学术性别角色溢出效应盛行的矛盾。防范高校性骚扰的机遇源自现阶段依法治校的推进与校园性骚扰日益增长,以及媒介关注于高校的巨大舆论、道义和政治压力。要有效防止高校性骚扰不仅在于单一师德建设路径,更在于建立健全明界定、忌窄化、严处置、零容忍的反性骚扰机制,让女生的尊严、智识与福祉得到应有尊重。The long term potential college sexual harassment is unique and has deep hazard. This study attempts to extract the typical characteristics of college sexual harassment,and to investigate the status of 129 female graduate students. College sexual harassment begins with the contrast between female physiological maturity and lagging cognition of sexual harassment,the contrast between the ethics of teachers and students and the relationship between them,as well as the contradiction between the lack of college students＇ anti-harassment mechanism and the effect of the gender role spillover effect. The opportunity to prevent sexual harassment at colleges and universities at this stage come from the propulsion of law governing and growing media attention to college sexual harassment. Effectively prevention of the continuous evolution of sexual harassment need not only teachers＇ ethics construction,but also the establishment of anti-harassment mechanism of a sound and clear definition,strict disposal and zero tolerance,to ensure the dignity,intellectuality and well-being of the female graduate students
