摘　　要：目的:探究波形蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与肺癌浸润转移的相关性。方法:收集2012年6月-2014年6月我院手术切除的NSCLC癌组织标本150例及癌旁正常组织(距肿瘤>5 cm)79例,提取两组的RNA,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测波形蛋白m RNA表达水平,免疫组化法检测波形蛋白的蛋白表达,分析波形蛋白表达水平与淋巴结转移、TNM分期的相关性。结果:波形蛋白m RNA在NSCLC癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。NSCLC癌组织中波形蛋白m RNA表达水平的上调与淋巴结转移及TNM分期(P<0.05)相关。结论:波形蛋白在NSCLC患者中表达异常升高,与NSCLC的发生和浸润转移密切相关。Objective： To investigate the expression of vimentin in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） tissues and the relationship with invasion and metastasis of lung cancer. Methods： Collected 150 cases of NSCLC carcinoma tissues and 79 cases of adjacent normal tissues（〉5cm away from carcinoma tissues） from the resection underwent in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014, then extracted RNA of two groups, detected the expression of vimentin m RNA by real time-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） method, and detected the expression of vimentin protein by immunohistochemical method, finally, analyzed the relationship between the expression of vimentin protein and the lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Results： The expression of vimentin m RNA expression in NSCLC carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than adjacent normal tissues（P〈0.05）. The up-regulation expression of vimentin m RNA was related with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The expression of vimentin is up-regulation in NSCLC,which is closely related to the occurrence and invasion of NSCLC.
