摘　　要：针对高层楼宇场景下LTE网络的现状和存在的短板,从优化角度提出通过故障排除、开启ANR、完善室内外网络邻区、优化4G网络异频切换参数、调整室分小区空闲态参数等策略来提升LTE网络质量,通过实际案例对优化策略进行了论证,旨在研究高层楼宇LTE网络优化的要点,为工程技术人员提供解决方案。Targeting the present situation and shortages of LTE networks in high-buildings, an optimization strategy that enhances the quality of LTE networks by troubleshooting, using ANR function, improving indoor and outdoor network neighborhood cell, optimizing inter-frequency handover parameter and adjusting indoor coverage system cell RRC idle parameter was presented in this paper, the strategy was verifi ed through practical case, aiming to study essentials of LTE network optimization in high-buildings, providing technical solutions for technical personnel.
