摘 要:采用高能球磨技术回收废聚四氟乙烯(r-PTFE)纤维,利用激光粒度仪、偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及广角X射线衍射(WXRD)等研究了95%乙醇和煤油2种研磨溶剂对r-PTFE形貌及结晶的影响。结果表明:2种溶剂对高能球磨r-PTFE的细化效果和结晶行为具有明显不同的影响,当研磨7 h时,以煤油为溶剂获得的平均粒径、相对结晶度和数均分子量分别为73.33μm、54.12%和4.57×105,而溶剂为95%乙醇获得的r-PTFE则分别为22.48μm、51.23%和3.33×105,并有新的分子链取向。Wasted polytetrafluoroethylene fibers were recycled via high-energy ball milling technique. The effect of ethyl alcohol (95%) and kerosene on the morphology and csystallization behavior of the recycled polytetrafluoroethylene (r-PTFE) were investigated by polarized optical microscope ( POM ), laser particle size analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and Wide X Ray Diffraction (WXRD) respectively. The results showed that the r-PTFEs obtained using two solvents possess quite different refining effect and crystallization behavior. The average diameter, degree of crystallinity and the number-average molecular weight of the r-PTFE obtained by milled for 7 h in kerosene were 73. 33 μm, 54. 12% and of 4. 57×10^5 respectively, whereas those of the r-PTFE obtained in 95% ethyl alcohol were 22.48 μm, 51.23% and 3.33×10^5 with the new orientations of the molecular chains.
