摘  要:在和谐劳动关系背景下,以同煤集团下属3矿为案例,测量企业文化类型,分析各类型之间的结构关系。运用问卷调查方式采集数据,分析发现:同煤集团以科层型文化为主,支持型文化影响次之,创新型文化水平最低。研究表明,煤矿企业文化未来发展应以支持型为核心,将科层型文化融入支持型文化,建设充满创新的企业文化。Against the background of the construction of harmonious labor relationship,taking 3mines affiliated to Tong Mei Group as an example,this paper identifies genres of enterprise cultures,analyzes the constructive relationship among different genres,and collects data with questionnaire,draws the conclusion that Tong Mei Group focuses on the culture of bureaucracy,subordinated by supporting culture and with the innovative culture at the bottom.Based on the interrelationship between different types of culture,this thesis argues the future development of coal-mining enterprises should be centered on the supporting culture,and integrate the culture of bureaucracy with the supporting culture to build an enterprise culture characterized by innovation.
