干露条件下喷施2种植物生长调节剂对坛紫菜叶状体生长的影响

摘  要:实验培养条件下,分析比较了干露后喷施植物生长调节剂吲哚乙酸(IAA)和萘乙酸(NAA)对野生型坛紫菜(Pyropia haitanensis)叶状体生长的影响.IAA处理结果显示:与对照组相比,2.0、1.0mg/dm^3IAA处理都明显促进坛紫菜叶状体生长(p<0.05),且2.0 mg/dm^3处理效果优于1.0mg/dm^3,而10.0 mg/dm^3处理组抑制生长明显(p<0.05).培养25 d时,2.0 mg/dm^3IAA处理组叶状体平均长度增加了35.4%,叶绿素a、藻红蛋白和藻蓝蛋白含量分别增加了12.2%、39.9%、29.1%.NAA处理结果显示:1.5、1.0 mg/dm^3NAA处理组对坛紫菜叶状体生长都有明显促进作用(p<0.05),且1.5 mg/dm^3处理效果优于1.0 mg/dm^3,而4.0、8.0 mg/dm^3处理组出现抑制效应,其中8.0 mg/dm^3处理组抑制生长较明显(p<0.05).培养25 d时,1.5 mg/dm^3处理组叶状体平均长度增加了35.2%.与对照组相比,虽然低含量组(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mg/dm^3)的叶绿素a含量无显著差异(p>0.05),但是藻红蛋白和藻蓝蛋白含量均明显增加,以1.5 mg/dm^3处理组含量最高,分别增加了42.6%和43.9%.而高浓度处理组(4.0、8.0 mg/dm^3)叶绿素a含量显著降低(p<0.05),且8.0 mg/dm^3处理组的藻红蛋白和藻蓝蛋白含量明显低于对照组(p<0.05).因此,连续干露条件下喷施适宜浓度的IAA(2.0 mg/dm^3)和NAA(1.5 mg/dm^3)均可有效地促进野生型坛紫菜叶状体的生长.In experimental cultures,the effects of intervally spraying 2 plant growth regulators (IAA and NAA)on the blade growth of Pyropia haitanensis during desiccation were compared.The results showed that,compared to the controlled group,both 2.0 and 1.0 mg/dm^3 IAA group had significant effect promoting the growth of blades (p〈0.05 ),and the blades treated with 2.0 mg/dm^3 group had better growth than those of 1.0 mg/dm^3 group,while the treatment of 10.0 mg/dm^3 IAA inhibited the growth of blades significantly (p〈0.05 ).After 25 days of culture,the mean length of blades treated with 2.0 mg/dm^3 IAA increased by 35.4%,and the contents of chlorophyll a,phycoerythrin and phycocyanin increased by 12.2%,39.9% and 29.1%,respectively.Furthermore,compared to the controlled group,both 1.5 and 1.0 mg/dm^3 NAA treatments promoted the growth of blades significantly(p〈0.05 ),and the blades in 1.5 mg/dm^3 group grew better than those of 1.0 mg/dm^3 group,but the 4.0 and 8.0 mg/dm^3 NAA group presented significant inhibition effect (p〈0.05 ).After 25 days of culture,the mean length of blades treated with 1.5 mg/dm^3 NAA increased by 35.2%.Compared to the controlled group,lower concentration of 0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mg/dm^3 had no significant difference in chlorophyll a contents,but had higher contents of phycoerythrin and phycocyanin (p〉0.05 ).Especially,1.5 mg/dm^3 NAA group had higher contents of phycoerythrin and phycocyanin,which increased by 42.6% and 43.9%,than those of the controlled group,respectively.However,the contents of chlorophyll a,phycoerythrin and phycocyanin in 4.0 and 8.0 mg/dm^3 NAA group were much lower than those of the controlled,particularly in 8.0 mg/dm^3 NAA group (p〈0.05 ).The results indicated that spraying optimum concentration of IAA (2.0 mg/dm^3 )and NAA (1.5 mg/dm^3 )at the interval of desiccation would be benefit for promoting the blade growth of P.haitanensis.
