摘 要:目的:探讨不同护理培训模式对低年资护士应急能力的影响。方法:抽取工作5年以下低年资注册护士100名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50名,对照组选择理论授课、操作培训、统一考核常规封闭式集中培训,观察组选择自由选择培训课程、统一考核、竞赛制末位淘汰的新型开放式培训。5个月后比较两组低年资护士应急能力得分和对培训的满意度。结果:对照组应急能力得分从(46.18±2.87)分提高到(60.74±2.48)分,观察组从(46.98±2.85)分提高到(71.32±2.64)分,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。培训满意度观察组得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:开放式培训的培训满意度更高,显著提高低年资护士的应急能力。Objective: To study the influence of training model with diverse competition on the junior nurses. Methods: 100 nurses whohave worked for less than 5 years were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. There were 50 nurses in each group.The control group selected normal training model containing theoretical teaching, operation training and unified examination. Theexperimental group selected the open training model containing optional course, unified examination and the end elimination. Theemergency ability and the satisfaction on training between two groups were compared before and five months after the training. Results:The emergency ability score of the control group increased from 46.18±2.87 to 60.74±2.48, and the experimental group’s increased from 46.98 ±2.85 to 7 1 . The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.01).Goilclusioil: The open trainingmodel can improve satisfaction and the emergency ability of junior nurses.
