摘 要:目的探讨Ki-67、Bmi-1在结肠癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达意义、相互关系及评估预后的价值。方法选取2009年1月~2012年12月保定市第二医院收治的结肠癌患者60例为观察组,同时选择其癌旁正常组织20例为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法检测两组结肠癌组织中Ki-67、Bmi-1的表达情况,并分析其与结肠癌临床病理特点、预后的关系。结果免疫组织化学检测结果显示,观察组Ki-67、Bmi-1表达明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组Ki-67和Bmi-1的表达均与淋巴结转移、组织分化程度、TNM分期相关(P〈0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关(P〉0.05),观察组患者结肠癌组织中Ki-67、Bmi-1表达呈正相关(r=0.572,P〈0.05),Ki-67、Bmi-1表达阳性者3年生存率与表达阴性者比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论Ki-67、Bmi-1表达与结肠癌发生、发展相关,目前还不能确定是否与与结肠癌不良预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression, relationship and the prognostic value of Ki-67 and Bmi-1 in colon cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Methods Sixty patients with colon cancer from January 2009 to December 2012 in the Second Hospital of Baoding City were selected as observation group, at the same time 20 cases of the adjacent normal tissues were collected as the control group. Expression of Ki-67 and Bmi-1 in colon tissues of two groups were detected by immunohistochemieal staining, and the relationship between the expression of Ki-67, Bmi-1 and clinical pathological characteristics, prognosis were analyzed. Results Immunohistochemical detection showed that, expressions of Ki-67 and Bmi-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05), expressions of Ki-67 and Bmi-1 in the observation group were related with lymphnode metastasis, diferentiation, and TNM staging (P 〈 0.05), while the expression of the two genes had nothing to do with age, the gender, size (P 〉 0.05). The ex- pression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with Bmi-1 in the colon cancer tissues of the observation group (r = 0.572, P 〈 0.05). 3 years survival rate between patients with Ki-67 and Bmi-1 positive expression and negative expression had no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The expression of Bmi-1 and Ki-67 is related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer, hut can not sure that is related to the poor prognosis of colon cancer.
