摘　　要：地方人文资源具有浓郁的地方气息和鲜明的地方特色,蕴含地域传统、历史文化、民族特性和改革成就等可融入思想政治理论课的实践教学资源。通过编写辅助教材、开展专题研讨、参观实践基地和进行社会考察等途径,积极将地方人文资源中的可教育性因素融入思想政治理论课实践教学中,有助于达到党和国家对加强和改进思想政治理论课实践教学的基本要求、丰富和完善思想政治理论课实践教学的课程资源和提升大学生爱国主义精神和理想信念,也有助于传承和创新本土文化价值,促进地方人文资源的开发与利用。As the practical teaching resources of ideological and political course,local human resources possesses full local advantages and distinctive local characteristics and contains geographical traditions,historical culture,national characteristics and reform achievements. Positively integrating educability factors in local human resources into practice teaching of ideological and political course by compiling auxiliary teaching materials,implementing thematic seminars,visiting practical bases,making social investigation,etc.can help to achieve the basic requirements which are from the Communist Party and the state to strengthen and improve practical teaching of ideological and political course,enrich and complete the curriculum resources of practical teaching of ideological and political course,enhance college students＇ spirit of patriotism and ideals of faith,inherit and innovate the local culture value,and promote the development and utilization of local human resources.
