摘 要:在分析热冲压成形工艺特性的基础上,结合生产实践,提出了适用于热冲压成形零件结构设计的工艺性原则:零件的成形工序应在一道热冲压工序内完成;降低翻边高度和曲率;避免圆孔翻边;拉深成形件尽量避免设计宽凸缘和深拉延(D>3d,h≥2d);拉深成形圆角半径R≥5t,侧壁斜度α≥93°;避免截面形状剧烈的几何过渡,降低不对称度;总体结构采用开放式设计,并降低零件长度维向上的曲率。最后,结合实例说明了其在热成形零件设计及生产中的应用。Based on analysis of hot stamping characteristics and production practice,processing principles of the part geometry design applied for hot stamping were presented. The forming sequence of part should be completed within a single hot stamping stroke. The flange height and curvature were decreased,the hole flanging was avoided,and the design of wider flange and deeper drawing( D 〉 3d,h≥2d)were excluded as much as possible. Deep drawing fillet radius was R≥5t,while slope sidewall α≥93°. Sharp transition of the cross-sectional geometry was deprecated to reduce the asymmetry. Then,the overall geometrical structure was designed as open,and the curvature along the length direction of part was reduced. At last,the application of these principles in the design and production of hot-stamped parts was illustrated with examples.
