摘 要:为了满足汽车产业低能耗、轻量化、高安全性的发展趋势,高强钢已在当前汽车技术中得到广泛应用。对采用B410LA/JSC590R低合金高强钢制造的皮卡B柱内板上段加强板进行了工艺分析,设计了两种成形方案:方案1,零件的曲面法兰设计在压料面上;方案2,零件的曲面法兰设计在拉延造型的凸模上。通过AutoForm软件对该两种成形工艺方案进行数值模拟分析,成功预测了两种方案的板料成形过程中可能存在的起皱、开裂和成形不足等缺陷,并进行综合比较得到,方案2优于方案1,且模拟结果经过生产验证,生产出的零件质量良好。In order to meet the requirements of low energy consumption,light weight and high safety in automotive technology,high strength steel was widely applied. The technical process of pickup B-pillar upper reinforced panel made of low alloy and high-strength steel B410 LA / JSC590 R was analyzed,and two forming schemes were presented that the curved flange designed on binder or on punch parts of drawing modeling. Numerical simulation analysis of the stamping process of the two schemes was conducted based on Auto Form simulation software. Moreover,the potential problems of wrinkling,cracking and forming problems in the forming process of the two schemes were successfully predicted. It is proved that the scheme 2 is better than the scheme 1 by comprehensive comparison,and the simulation results are verified by production with good quality parts.
