摘  要:为研究对轮旋压工艺参数对壁厚差及扩径量的影响,根据对轮旋压的工艺特点并结合有限元平台ANSYS软件,对筒形件旋压过程进行数值模拟,建立了三维有限元模型。采用正交试验法对对轮旋压成形工艺参数进行分析,获得了影响壁厚差和扩径量的因素主次顺序。研究结果表明,对轮旋压成形过程中,影响旋压件壁厚差因素的主次顺序为:减薄率>进给比>旋轮圆角半径;影响旋压件扩径量因素的主次顺序为:减薄率>旋轮圆角半径>进给比。In order to study the influence of counter spinning process parameter on wall thickness difference and expanding diameter,the spinning process of cylinder was set based on its technical features by finite platform ANSYS software. Then,three dimensional finite element model was set,and the numerical simulation was carried out. Furthermore,the forming process parameters of counter roller spinning were analyzed by orthogonal tests,and order-sequence factors of influencing wall thickness difference and expanding diameter were obtained. The result shows that in the process of counter roller spinning forming,the order sequence of factors influencing wall thickness difference are thinning rate 〉 feed ratio〉 roller fillet radius,and the order-sequence of factors influencing expanding diameter are thinning rate 〉 roller fillet radius 〉 feed ratio.
