布拉氏酵母菌联合香砂枳术丸治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合香砂枳术丸治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法 258例FD患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,各86例,A组给予香砂枳术丸一次1袋,一日2次口服;B组给予布拉氏酵母菌散剂1.0g/次,一日2次口服;C组(A组+B组),4周为一疗程。结果 C组临床总有效率均明显优于A组与B组(P<0.01,P<0.05),差异有显著性。3组临床症状积分均比治疗前降低;治疗后C组与A组、B组比较(P均<0.01),差异有显著性。复发率比较:C组明显低于A组、B组(P<0.01,P<0.05),差异有显著性。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合香砂枳术丸可明显提高FD的临床疗效,降低复发率。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Xiangsha Zhizhu Pill in treating functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods Two hundred and fifty-eight FD patients were randomly divided into group A,B or C,with 86 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Xiangsha Zhizhu Pill 1 pack/time bid.Group B was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii powder 1.0 g/time bid.Group C was treated with Xiangsha Zhizhu Pill 1pack/time bid,and Saccharomyces boulardii powder1.0g/time bid.The course of treatment was 4weeks.Results The total efficiency rate in Group C was significantly better than those in groups A and B（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.The symptom scores of the 3groups were lower than those before treatment,while the symptom score of group C was significantly lower than those of groups A and B（P〈0.01）.The recurrence rates in group C was significantly lower than those of groups A and B（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.No obvious side effect occured.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Xiangsha Zhizhu Pill can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment and decrease the recurrence rate of FD.
