产教融合市场化背景下的现代高职教育体系建设

摘　　要：目前,我国高职教育发展还存在办学理念落后、人才培养脱离产业发展实际、校企合作不紧密等问题,急需推进高职教育的改革。在产教融合市场化背景下,建设现代高职教育体系,需要职业教育与产业发展同步规划,实现"产教融合";整合专兼职师资力量,培养"骨干师资";改革专业课程体系,优化"教育结构"。At present, in the development of China＇s higher vocational education, there are problems such as the backward idea of running a school, the training of talents divorced from the industrial development, the loose cooperation between schools and enterprises. So there is an urgent need to promote the reform of higher vocational education. Under the background of the integration of production and education, the construction of modern higher vocational education system needs to be synchronized with the development of vocational education and industrial planning, to achieve the integration of production and education, integrate full-time and part-time teachers for the backbone teachers training and reform the professional course system to optimize education structure.
