摘　　要：本研究综合应用内容分析法和案例研究法等方法,对17个欧美工业化国家工程师形成的质量规制体系进行系统研究,发现欧美工业化国家工程师形成的质量规制体系涵盖的主要方面和关键点,首次揭示了四种工程师形成的质量规制综合模式:自由模式、单元适度规制模式、单元严格规制模式和多元适度规制模式;剖析了这四种模式的制度、组织和文化约束,并一一分析了这四种模式的现状及未来发展趋势,并对中国工程师形成的质量规制体系的未来发展提出相关政策建议。tries＇ engineer quality regulation systems. It firstly finds out the four comprehensive models of the quality regulation in the formation of engineer, which are the free model, the single-unit suitable regulation model, the single-unit stern regulation model, and the multi-unit suitable regulation model, and explores the regulations, organization and culture constraints of these four modes, organization and culture, and then analyzes their current situation and future development. In the end, this paper puts forward some suggestions on future quality regulation system in the formation of Chinese engineer.
