摘　　要：科技对少数民族地区经济社会进步发挥了支撑效用,而科技发展的关键是高层次科技创新人才;注重彰显思政教育的思想引领作用,使高层次科技创新人才扎根民族地区工作,成为摆在人们面前的现实课题。为此,不仅全方位考察民族地区经济、社会等各方面发展情况,还要调研当地高层次人才的现状,将思想政治工作与高层次人才群体紧密衔接,真正体现思政整体效用,让高层次人才的智力资源转化成推动民族地区发展的智力优势,真正依靠科技创新的力量,提高发展实力。Science and technology in ethnic minority areas economic and social progress, has played a supporting effect, and the development of science and technology is the key to high-level innovative talents of science and technology, pay attention to reveal ideological education thought leading role, make the high-level innovative talents of science and technology rooted solid work in national regions, become the realistic subject in front of people. Therefore, not only comprehensive investigation in areas such as the economic and social development in ethnic minority areas, but also research the present situation of the local high level talented person, the ideological and political work closely with high-level personnel group cohesion, embody pohtical education overall utility, make the intellectual resources of high-level personnel into intelligence advantage to promote the development of ethnic areas, really rely on the power of science and technology innovation, improve the development of power.
