摘  要:目的探讨不同口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的作用。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2015年12月期我院口腔科收治的212例行牙种植再生患者的临床资料,所有患者按口腔修复材料不同分为观察组与对照组,每组各106例。对照组患者在牙种植手术中采用钛膜引导骨再生,观察组在牙种植手术中采用海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生。对比分析修复6个月后的两组骨厚度、植骨厚度、修复成功率及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者6个月骨厚度为(2.515±0.713)mm,植骨厚度为(2.413±0.314)mm,分别明显高于对照组的不良反应发生率(2.238±0.479)mm与(2.265±0.315)mm,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组修复成功102例,修复成功率为96.23%,明显高于对照组的不良反应发生率87.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.383,P〈0.05)。观察组有9例患者出现不良反应,其不良反应发生率为8.49%,明显低于对照组17.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.467,P〈0.05)。结论采用海奥口腔修复膜进行牙种植中引导骨再生,可产生很好的疗效,修复成功率高,并可减少不良反应发生率,在临床上可以作为骨再生引导膜使用。Objective To investigate the effect of different dental restorations membrane materials on guided bone regeneration in dental implant. Methods The clinical data of 212 patients with dental implantation were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were in the department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015,and were divided into the observation group and the control group by the different materials, with 106 cases in each group.In dental implant surgery, the control group was treated with titanium membrane guided bone regeneration, and the observation group was treated with Haiao membrane guided bone regeneration. After the repair for 6 months, the bone thickness,bone graft thickness,repair success rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months,the bone thickness of(2.515±0.713) mm and the bone graft thickness of(2.413±0.314)mm in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group of(2.238±0.479)mm and(2.265±0.315)mm. The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). In the observation group, 102 cases were successfully repaired. The success rate of observation group was 96.23%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(87.74%), with statistically significant difference(χ^2=4.383,P〈0.05). In the observation group, there were 9 cases of adverse reactions. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.49%, significantly lower than that of the control group(17.92%). The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.467, P〈0.05). Conclusion Haiao membrane for guided bone regeneration in dental implant has good curative effect and high success rate of the restoration. It can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. In the clinic, Haiao membrane can be used as dental restorations membrane for guided bone regeneration.
