摘　　要：从"走出去"民营企业的成立时间、注册地区、注册资本、核准年份、投资区域、资金来源、行业归属和投资领域等角度,回顾近15年来江西民营企业"走出去"的历程。通过调研问卷梳理上规模民营企业"走出去"的主要动因和形式,从内外因两个角度探寻民营企业"走出去"的制约因素,在经济新常态背景下挖掘民营企业"走出去"的发展机遇。"一带一路"国家战略的提出为江西民营企业海外发展提供了广阔空间,民营企业应修炼"内功"、加强彼此合作、开拓"走出去"思路,政府部门、工商联、国有企业、金融机构、投资中介同样应发挥积极作用。From the perspective of founding time, registered area, registered capital, year of approval, investment area, sources of funds, and industry ownership as well as investment field, this paper reviews the status quo of the going global process of Jiangxi private enterprises in the recent fifteen years. By combing the survey questionnaire about major going global motivations and forms of designed size private enterprises, it explores the restrictions inside and outside these enterprises and the opportunities in the economic framework of New Normal. The national strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative provides a vast space for Jiangxi private enterprises＇ overseas development. It is necessary for them to practice internal strength, strengthen mutual cooperation and open up the ideas of going global strategy. The government, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions and investment intermediaries should also play an active role.
