文化产业创新能力对产业升级的影响效应——以景德镇文化产业为例

摘　　要：本文以景德镇文化产业创新能力和产业升级为立足点,选取1994-2013年共20年的景德镇相关文化产业数据,采用时序数据模型实证分析了景德镇文化产业创新能力对产业升级的影响。研究结果表明:文化创新效率、文化创新成果转化效率对产业结构高度化具有显著的正向提升作用,特别是文化创新效率对产业升级的作用极为明显。据此提出完善文化产业体制建设、以设计创新为引擎动力、推动文化产业的集成创新与融合等政策建议,以期通过文化产业创新能力的有效培育,促进景德镇文化产业的有效转型升级,为相关研究提供借鉴和参考。This paper takes the innovation ability and industrial upgrading of Jingdezhen cultural industry as the starting point, and selects the data of Jingdezhen culture industry from 1994 to 2013 to conduct an analysis of the effects of Jingdezhen cultural industry innovation ability on industrial upgrading by using time-series data model. The results show that： the efficiency of cultural innovation and cultural innovation achievement transformation to the industrial structure supererogation has a significant positive effect, especially the efficiency of cultural innovation on the role to industrial upgrading is very obvious. Accordingly, the paper proposes some policy recommendations, such as, the system innovation is the basic guarantee of cultural industrial upgrading based on the structural reform of supply-side, design innovation is an important engine of cultural industry upgrading, and industrial integrative innovation and amalgamation is the only way which must be passed on industrial upgrading in order to promote the effective transformation and upgrading of Jingdezhen cultural industry through the effective cultivation of cultural industry innovation ability to provide a reference for related researches.
