摘 要:利用FLUENT软件对内部增加中心锥的水力旋流器和内部增加中心柱的水力旋流器进行电石渣浆液流场的数值模拟仿真,对两种水力旋流器的压力分布、切向速度、湍流强度、速度矢量进行对比分析。通过试验验证,同等操作条件下,中心锥型水力旋流器和中心柱型水力旋流器的分离效率分别为85.04%、78.31%,溢流中Ca(OH)2浓度分别为90.07%、78.60%。仿真和试验结果表明:内部增加中心锥结构有利于提高水力旋流器的分离精度和分离效率。Two sets of numerical simulation were carried out on the flow fields of carbide slag slurry by FLUENT soft- ware, respectively in hydrocyclones with center pillar and with center cone. Then, the pressure distribution, tangential velocity, turbulence intensity and velocity vector of two hydrocyclones were compared; The tests verified that, under the same conditions, the separating efficiency of two hydro- cyclones was respectively 85.04% and 78.31%, and corre- sponding Ca(OH)2 concentration in overfolw was 90.07% and 78.60%. Both the simulated results and tested results indicated that the installation of center cone in hydrocyclone could improve the separating accuracy and separation effi- ciency.
