摘  要:目的探讨健康体检对甲状腺癌手术患者诊断与治疗意义及医疗费用的影响。方法回顾性分析手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者200例,按照记载的首次发现甲状腺癌的不同途径分为体检组(100例)和非体检组(100例),对比分析2组患者住院费用的构成情况以及影响因素。结果体检组人均住院总费用包括药费、手术费、检查费、麻醉费、诊疗费、化验费等项目与非体检组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);体检组和非体检组性别、手术创伤相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);体检组和非体检组淋巴结转移、肿瘤直径及手术次数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康体检可降低甲状腺癌手术患者的住院费用,减轻患者的经济负担。Objective To investigate the effect of healthy thyroid cancer patients undergoing diagnosis and treatment sig- nificance and medical expenses. Methods 200 cases of thyroid cancer was treated by surgery were analyzed retrospectively, and divided into medical group (100 cases) and non-medical group (n = 100) in accordance with the different approaches described in thyroid cancer was first discovered, as well as factors constitute hospital costs between the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The total cost of hospitalization per capita medical group includes drugs, surgical fees, inspection fees, an- esthesia fees, medical fees, laboratory fees, the project compared with non-medical group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) ; non-medical group and medical group sex, surgical trauma, the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; medical and non-medical group lymph node metastasis, tumor size and number of operations, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Physical Examination can reduce the cost of hospitalization in patients with thyroid cancer surgery, to reduce the financial burden on patients.
