摘  要:通过二维运动图像分析手段对我省3名优秀举重运动员的抓举技术动作进行动作分析,通过分析得出不同运动员在抓举过程中各动作技术阶段(第一发力阶段、过渡阶段、第二发力阶段和惯性上升阶段)中的踝关节、膝关节、髋关节、躯干角和杠铃垂直速度等关键指标,揭示我省优秀举重运动员的抓举技术特征。主要结论:1第一发力阶段,杠铃的提升主要是靠蹬腿伸膝来完成,过早打开髋关节参与提铃是技术动作失败的主要因素。2过渡阶段,杠铃的提升主要靠的是伸髋来完成,此阶段应该充分引膝,为第二发力阶段做好准备。3第二发力阶段,杠铃的提升要靠伸膝和伸髋共同来完成,在此阶段可充分体现爆发力水平。4在惯性上升阶段膝角、髋角、杠铃上升速度都在减小。Through the 3D motion image analysis means to our province action analysis of 3 outstanding weight-lifter snatch technical action,through the analysis of different athletes during the snatch technical stage( the first development stage,transition stage,development stage and second inertia rising stage) in the ankle,knee,hip and trunk angle and vertical velocity of key indicators such as barbell snatch technique in our province,reveals the characteristics of excellent weight lifting athletes. The main conclusions: 1. The first development stage,the barbell lifting mainly by kicking knee extension movement,hip early open participation to lift barbell is a major factor contributing to technical action failure. At transition stage,the barbell lifting depends mainly on the hip extension movements to complete,at this stage should be fully knee,to prepare for the second development stage. The second development stage,the barbell lifting depends mainly on the knee extension,and extend the hip movements to complete,the explosive force level at this stage can be fully reflected. The performance of the right of snatch technique for average power in the second development stage are significantly larger than the average power of the first power stage.
