表象训练法在乒乓球发球教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究表象训练法对乒乓球发球学习的影响。方法:通过文献资料法、实验法、数据统计法和访谈法进行较为深入的了解与研究。深入了解表象训练法的特点,分析表象训练法对乒乓球发球学习的影响和动作表象在乒乓球发球技术动作形成中的作用原理。运用实验法探讨表象训练法对乒乓球发球学习的作用,通过实验组与对照组的教学效果对比,试图证明采用表象训练法加传统教学方法学习乒乓球发球比单一传统教学方法效果更为显著。实验期间控制实验对象的其他体育活动,使其具有相似的生活规律。4个月之后再进行发球能力的测试,记录测试成绩并对实验结果分析讨论。结论:表象训练在乒乓球发球学习中能起到重要的促进作用,它有利于视觉表象与运动表象的有机结合,有利于提高学生发球学习的效率,对快速提高学生的乒乓球发球技术水平有较大帮助。Objective： The main content of this paper is the important role of representation training method for table tennis serve learning. The paper conducted a more indepth understanding and study through literature material method,experimental method,statistics and interview.With in-depth understanding of the characteristics of representation training,one could analyze the influence of it on table tennis serve learning and the principles of action representation on the formation of table tennis serve skills. By using experimental method to probe the role of representation training method for table tennis serve learning and through contrasting the teaching result of the experimental group and the control group to try to prove that the use of both representation training method and traditional teaching method in table tennis learning is more effective and useful than the single traditional one. And during the experiment,sports activities of subjects must be controlled in order that they have similar patters of life.Four months later,the subjects will take a serve proficiency test and the scores and results will be recorded and discussed. Conclusion： Representation training method plays an important role in promoting the serve of table tennis. It is not only beneficial to combine visual imagery and sports representation,improve efficiency of the serve,but also does great help to promote the serve skills quickly in table tennis learning.
