摘　　要：研究用颊侧多曲簧矫治器矫治处于替牙期前牙反患者的软组织侧貌的形态变化.通过选择在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院口腔正畸科进行矫治的,处于替牙期,临床表现为前牙反并伴有软组织侧貌异常的患者26例,年龄8~12岁,平均年龄10.3岁.采用颊侧多曲簧矫治器进行矫治,于治疗前后对患者自身分别拍摄头影侧位片,进行软组织侧貌测量,得出11项对比指标并将所得数据进行定量分析.分析结果表明下唇突角（S-NsLL）、下唇基角（S-Ns-Si）、下唇突度（LL-E）明显减小（P〈0.05）,患者下颌发生后退,下颌相对于颅底平面出现后移;上唇突度（UL-E）、上下唇突角（UL-Ns-LL）加大（P〈0.05）,该矫治器引起上颌向前发育,使上颌骨位置前移;鼻唇角（Cm-Sn-UL）、颏唇角（L-Bs-Pos）变化不明显（P〉0.05）.从而得知颊侧多曲簧矫治器在矫治替牙期前牙反患者时,不仅能对硬组织形态产生改变,而且对软组织侧貌改良也较为明显,能引导软组织侧貌向正常方向发展,其为现阶段矫治替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错畸形患者的一种有效的矫治方法.Objective： To observe the soft tissue profile changes of anterior cross bite case after Buccal Multiloop Removable Appliance treatment. Methods： 26 mixed dentition cases with abnormal soft tissue pro- file were selected who were aged from 8412 years old,self-contrast observation was performed at the De- partment of Orthodontics, Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. All the patients received Buccal Multiloop Removable Appliance treatment. Pre- and post-treatment lateral cephalograms were traced and analyzed. Differences between Pre-- and post--treatment were analyed with paired t-test. Results： （S- Ns- LL）, （S- Ns- Si） and （LL- E） decreased apparently, the patient＇ s mandibular back, relative to the base of the skull,it was back. （UL- E） and （UL- Ns- LID increase, forward in the cause of maxillary growth with the appliance, so that jaws moves forward on. （Cm-Sn-UL）, （L-Bs- Pos） change is not obvious. Conclusion： The soft tissue profile changes of anterior cross bite case after Buccal Multiloop Removable Appliance treatment,can change both the hard tissue profile with soft tissue profile, also lead the soft tissue profile to normal. It is one of the best choice in early stage of Angle Ⅲ mal- occlusion now.
