摘　　要：针对地方普通高校本科毕业论文(设计)在实际操作过程中存在的具体问题,结合德州学院化学工程与工艺山东省"卓越工程师"试点专业,提出了毕业论文(设计)提前化、教学环节一体化、指导双师化、教学团队化的指导模式.In order to solve some difficulties during operatonal process of graduation thesis （design）, the guidance mode is put forward, which brings forward graduation thesis （design）, integrates some teaching programs, guides by the double tulors and forms groups, choosing chemical engineering and technology in Dezhou University as example.
