惠州地区客家人群高尿酸血症并高脂血症患者中医证候流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的探讨惠州地区健康体检人群高尿酸血症并高脂血症中医证候流行病学调查。方法选择2014年11月~2015年12月在我院体检中心进行体检的人员306名作为研究对象,其中156例高尿酸血症的患者作为观察组;150例体检健康人员作为对照组,分析两组的高脂血症发生情况。结果高尿酸血症患者的合并高脂血症率（64.1%）显著高于正常非高尿酸血症的高脂血症率（20.0%）,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。其中男女患者尿酸水平对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。高尿酸并高脂血症患者的中医证候积分明显高于单纯高脂血症患者,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论惠州地区高尿酸血症并高脂血症患者中医证候具有不同的分型,临床需依据不同的证型制定相应的治疗方案,以提高临床治愈率,保障患者生活质量。另患者的高脂血症发生情况与高尿酸血症的发生相关,应严格治疗高尿酸血症以控制其高脂血症的发生。Objective To explore epidemiological investigation for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of hyperuricemia and hyperlipemia of health examination population in Huizhou area. Methods 306 cases of personnel in our hospital medical center for medical examination from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects. Among them, 156 cases of patients with hyperuricemia were selected as observation group, and 150 cases of health examination person were selected as control group. Incidence of hyperlipidemia of the two groups was analyzed. Results Combined hyperlipidemia rate of patients with hyperuricemia（64.1%） was significantly higher than that of combined hyperlipidemia rate of patients without hyperuricemia（20.0%）. There was significant difference between the two groups, and there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Uric acid level in male and female patients were compared, and there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）. The TCM syndrome score of patient with hyperuricemia and hyperlipemia was significantly higher than that of patient with simple hyperlipidemia, and there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM syndrome of patient with hyperuricemia and hyperlipemia in Huizhou area has different types. Formulate corresponding treatment plan is clinically formulated according to different syndrome types to improve clinical cure rate and to ensure the quality of life of patients. The incidence of hyperlipidemia is related to the incidence of hyperuricemia. It ought to be strictly in the treatment of hyperuricemia in order to control the occurrence of hyperlipidemia.
