江西省儿童流行性出血性结膜炎临床特征及病原谱研究

摘　　要：目的了解江西省儿童流行性出血性结膜炎临床特征及病原谱。方法对2011年135例江西省流行性出血性结膜炎患儿临床特征进行分析,并采用PCR和RT-PCR方法对这135例患儿结膜拭子同时进行肠道病毒70型、柯萨奇病毒24型变异株和腺病毒3种病毒检测。结果 2011年江西省儿童流行性出血性结膜炎临床特征还是以眼红、眼部疼涩和异物感伴眼睑水肿,结膜充血和分泌物多症状为主,其中,48.15%出现伪膜,35.56%出现发烧症状;PCR和RT-PCR检测结果为腺病毒阳性103份,占98.10%,肠道病毒70型阳性2份,占1.90%。结论 2011年江西省儿童流行性出血性结膜炎临床特征还是以眼红、眼部疼涩和异物感伴眼睑水肿,结膜充血和分泌物多症状为主;病原谱主要由腺病毒和HEV70两种病毒组成,腺病毒为绝对优势病原。Objective To understand the epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis of clinical characteristics and pathogens spec-trum,and provide the scientific evidence for its prevention and treatment in Jiangxi province. Methods Analysis of the character-istics of 135 cases of the children epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis in 2011 in Jiangxi Province ,and the virus nucleotide of en-terovirus type 70,type 24 strains of Coxsackie virus and Adenovirus were detected with PCR and RT-PCR methods. Results The clinical characteristics of the children epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis Jiangxi province were main the jealous ,eye pain acer-bity and foreign body sensation with eyelid edema,conjunctival hyperemia and secretions symptoms,and 48.15% also had pseudo membrane symptoms,35.56% had a fever symptoms;the 103 samples detected with PCR and RT-PCR were positive for Aden-ovirus,accounting for 98.10% 2 samples for HEV70,accounting for 1.90%. Conclusion The clinical characteristics of children epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis in Jiangxi province with jealous,eye pain acerbity and foreign body sensation with eyelid ede-ma,conjunctival hyperemia and secretions symptoms in 2011;the pathogen spectrum is mainly composed of Adenovirus and HEV70,Adenovirus was the dominant pathogens.
