胃腺癌CerbB-2基因蛋白表达的临床意义及与nm23蛋白相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究胃腺癌CerbB-2基因蛋白临床意义及与nm23蛋白相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法(IHC)对458例胃腺癌组织标本、95例正常切缘黏膜组织标本中CerbB-2、nm23基因蛋白进行测定。结果CerbB-2基因蛋白在胃腺癌组织、正常切缘标本组织中的表达率分别为32.3%、9.5%,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);nm23蛋白阳性率分别为34.9%、86.9%,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);CerbB-2表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度无相关性(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的临床分期(TNM分期)、浸润深度、转移有关,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);CerbB-2、nm23基因蛋白检测结果呈现负相关。结论 CerbB-2基因蛋白与胃腺癌的发生、发展有明显的关联,是胃腺癌生物学行为及判断预后的重要指标,并与nm23蛋白呈现负相关。Objective To investigate the expression of CerbB-2 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma andits correlation with n m 23 proein. Methods The expression of CerbB-2 and n m 23 gene was detected by immunohistochemicalmethod in 485 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 95 cases of normal mucosal tissues.Results CerbB - 2 oncogene protein in gastric cancer tissue and normal cutting edge tissue expression rate was32. 3 % , 9. 5 % , there was significant difference（P 〈0. 01） ;The positive rates of n m 23 protein were 34. 9 %and 86. 9 % ,respectively,and there were significant differences（ P 〈0. 01） . The expression of CerbB-2 in gastricadenocarcinoma tissues had no correlation with age, gender, tumor size or tumor differentiation degree of patients（ P 〉0.05） ,but which were correlated with clinical stage, infiltrating depth and shift（P 〈0. 01）. Therehad negative correlation between the expression of CerbB-2 protein and nm23 protein. Conclusion CerbB-2 proteincan be considered as important index for determining the biological behavior of gastric adenocarcinoma. Theexpression of CerbB-2 protein was negative correlation with nm23 protein.
