摘　　要：文章具体以江苏省中西医结合医院为例,具体阐述了医院志愿者服务活动的实践,并探讨了医院志愿者服务活动在提升医院整体形象、构建和谐医患关系方面发挥的促进作用。Taking the Hospital of Combining Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in Jiangsu province as an example, This paper detailedly expounds the practice of hospital volunteer service activities, and discusses the role of the hospital volunteer service activities play in promoting the overall image and building a harmonious doctorpatient relationship.
