摘 要:结合描述转向架蛇行失稳的连续多波和广义能量方法,提出一种轨道周期性几何不平顺的诊断和评价方法。首先利用过零点的连续区段轨道几何不平顺极大值和极小值诊断周期性几何不平顺,并采用高通滤波方法对几何不平顺信号进行处理,避免偏移或趋势项对诊断结果的影响。然后引入敏感波长反映周期性几何不平顺的基波,提出利用广义能量指数评价周期性几何不平顺的状态。计算广义能量指数需要用到的关键参数——能量权系数由同步模型和线性回归分析联合产生的放大系数归一化后得到。与传统的评价轨道几何不平顺的标准差指标相比,广义能量指数与车辆动态响应标准差之间具有更强的相关性,避免了在波长非敏感条件下出现车辆动态响应与输入系统的轨道不平顺能量大小不对应的现象。利用某线预设不平顺试验实测的轨道不平顺和车体加速度数据对模型和方法进行验证,结果表明新的诊断方法能准确有效地找出分布在随机信号中的周期性几何不平顺,同时能较好地评价周期性几何不平顺状态,并反映其对车辆动态响应的影响随速度变化而变化的特性。Combining with continuous multi-wave for describing bogie hunting instability and generalized energy method,some newdiagnosis and evaluation methods were proposed for track periodic geom etric irregularities. T he maximum values and the minimum values of continuous intervals through zero points were used to diagnose periodic geom etric irregularities and the high pass filter( HPF) was applied to conduct the filter processing of geom etric irregularity signals for preventing the effect of deviations and tendencies on diagnosis results,the sensitive wavelength was introduced to reflect the fundam ental waves of periodic geom etric irregularities and the generalized energy index was proposed to evaluate periodic geom etric irregularity status,and the energy weight coefficients are key param eters in calculating the generalized energy index and could be acquired after the norm alization of the am plification coefficients produced by botha simultaneous model and linear regression model. Compared to the traditional standard deviation index of track geom etric irregularity,the newgeneralized energy index has a stronger correlation with standard deviation of vehicle dynam ic response and avoids the scale mism atches between vehicle dynam ic response and track irregularity energy ofinput system sunder non-sensitive wavelengths,the models and methods were verified by measured track irregularities data and vehicle acceleration data ofirregularity experim ents preinstalled in Beijing- Shanghai high speed railway line. The results showed that the newdiagnosis methods can accurately and effectively detect periodic geom etric irregularities distributed in random signals,well evaluate the periodic geom etry irregularity status and reflect that influences of the newdiagnosis methods on vehicle dynam ic responses changes with speed.
